The Mid-Willamette Valley is centrally located in the heart of the Willamette Valley and Oregon’s three largest population centers, with Portland (50 miles to the north) and Eugene (60 miles to the south). Interstate 5 connects these three communities and intersects with Highway 22 in Salem, providing connections east to Idaho and west to the Oregon Coast.
