The Mid-Willamette Valley COG provides assistance to area small businesses with all of the commonly used government finance programs. These federal, state and local resources are designed to be used in partnership with private lenders such as banks to provide the financing needed by companies to expand or start new venture and create more jobs for the area.
The MWVCOG operates a regional revolving loan fund and it has entered into special packaging or partnership arrangements with the US Small Business Administration, the US Department of Agriculture, Cascades West Financial Services, Inc., The US Economic Development Administration, the State of Oregon, and a number of local governments that enable our loan officers to draw upon a wide variety of financial resources and programs to help small businesses.
