Business Strategies for the 21st Century
Attitude – Leadership – Listening
Presented by:
Art Bobrowitz

No business has a customer or employee parking space marked “Attitude.” Attitude, leadership and listening will be essential in creating an innovative and customer-focused 21st century organization.
“A leader’s behavior is like a stone that is dropped in the middle of the pond, and the wave of its action affects all in the organization. I believe leaders and managers should be located as close to the front line as possible. They need to be close to the root equations of the organization. They need to understand that their jobs are not a rite of passage, but responsibility—a responsibility they feel every day as they walk in the corporate culture.”
