NWTAAC Grant for Manufacturers

August 29, 2012 – The Northwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (NWTAAC) grant program is administered by the US Economic Development Administration. The program is designed to assist U.S. manufacturers that are impacted by imports. We offer up to $75,000 in matching federal grants for Oregon companies that qualify for our program.

In order to qualify, a company must demonstrate that their business has been negatively impacted by foreign competition.

Eligible companies can use the funds for projects including: marketing, lean manufacturing, quality control certification, product or facility design, export assistance and many others. However, our funding cannot be used by an eligible company to purchase assets, such as equipment.

We will also write the grant application for the company at no cost to them.
