Economic Business Forums
The monthly Economic Business Forum is a fixture on Marion and Polk Counties business calendars. Each month experts speak about timely topics pertinent to business leaders across the spectrum of industries represented by our membership. This forum is held as a business lunch on the second Wednesday of each month.
Our forums are held at Broadway Commons located at 1300 Broadway Street NE, Salem.

Three times each year, SEDCOR holds an Industrial Site Tour, visiting manufacturing facilities throughout Marion and Polk Counties. These tours provide a unique educational opportunity for SEDCOR members, who learn more about local industry and its impact on the economy. With the generous support of SEDCOR member sponsors, these tours are free of charge.

The 3rd Annual Safety Fest was held April 12, 2012 at the Chemeketa Center for Business & Industry. This event is open to the construction industries; contractors and construction personnel; any business requiring safety related training, as well as anyone who desires to improve the safety performance of their business.
