CONTACT: Cascade Employers Association Adds to its Professional TeamSALEM, OREGON - June 11, 2007 - The human resource management group Cascade Employers Association announces the addition of three staff members. They include: Lindsay Childers, Human Resource and Compensation Consultant; Christeena Clawson,,Controller; and Lonnie Thurston,Training Coordinator. Childers brings 10 years of HR experience, including roles as Compensation Manager for Comcast Cable and Employee Relations Manager for FedEx Ground. As a consultant for Cascade, she works in the areas of HR program assessments, employee handbook and job description development, training, and compensation systems. As Association Controller, Clawson brings over 12 years experience in both public and private accounting, including taxation, auditing, accounting manager for a not-for-profit health organization, and real estate development and property management. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Thurston comes to Cascade with more than 10 years experience in program and project management, including involvement with training efforts at Hewlett Packard and Oregon State Penitentiary where he was responsible for the pre-release inmate transition program. At Cascade he coordinates training programs and supports trainers in delivery of the Association’s supervisory, management, and compliance-related programs.
